You knew I wouldn’t be able to resist combining a few doors and November Shadows, didn’t you? The doors in Vejer de la Frontera weren’t really special but I liked quite a few. Doors aren’t so easy to square though.
I hope you can see the gallery. The squares are fairly obvious. Have a good day, all!

Neat doors, thank you, Jo! xx

This square photo made me laugh! I’ve eaten ice cream all the way around the Adriatic Sea in the last two weeks and every day in Athens for the week before that. Can’t go wrong with delicious gelato!

It’s funny how you either love it, or you don’t. I’m indifferent a lot of the time, but we do have a couple of excellent vendors in Tavira. When in the mood… xx

As you said doors can be hard to square so you did well. Lots of interesting doors for sure. I always try to take my photos in the sunshine but your shadows are moody rather than just dark.

I think you have to look for areas of interest, Bernie, because often a door is just a door. Luckily for me, this town is full of character. Thanks, darlin xx

Seems a fitting combination and being square is overrated. 😁 A wonderful weekend to you! xo

I loved the gallery, but I got quite confused. (You just wait ’til you are 82) First I went to the Scottish Room which was brilliant and then I came back and clicked the dots and saw more of your shadows which I didn’t know were there and then I went to Beckyb which confused me for a while. But wherever I went I was reminded by just how much my photography has been influenced but everything you post.

I’m only 5 years behind you, John, and feeling quite geriatric today, as it happens. My Mam would have blamed our current damp weather, but I don’t know if that’s right. Thanks for the compliment, hon. We just keep on, doing what we do xx

Some of the doors are very simple, Aiva, but they each have their personality. I enjoyed discovering them all. Thank you! xx

The door with the Hand/Handle is intriguing but a little scary. I’m not sure I’d want to take hold of it, Jo.
